Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Grove & Grit Boutique! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

During new releases, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if offered)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. 

Grove & Grit Boutique is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, weather delays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. We're happy to assist whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging at groveandgrit@gmail.com.
